Barbera d’Asti - Somnium

Red wine obtained from selected barbera
grapes.
After its wine making it is aged in
barriques for a period of almost ten months
to allow its ripening.
Its colour is ruby red with a balanced and
full-bodied taste.
Ideal with seasoned cheese, roast pork,
grilled veal or any other meat dishes.
Best served at 18°C uncorking the bottle
some hours before tasting.

Millennium

MILLENNIUM wine is a blend of Barbera and
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes coming from a
careful
selection.
It is aged in barriques and also in bottle.
This wine hasa garnet red colour, a spicy,
vinous and fruity bouquet that is mixed with
the smell of the aging.
The taste is full bodied and harmonious,
with a strong body and a persistent after
taste.
It's alcohol content is 13,5% by vol.

obtained from the partial spontaneous
fermentation of the must of Moscato grapes.
Its main characteristic is the strong
bouquet and the golden colour.
Ideal with all type of desserts at a
temperature of not more than 10°C.

Piemonte Chardonnay

Typical noble white wine "par excellence",
with a pleasant bouquet and a balanced fresh
body.
Its colour is straw yellow with hues ranging
from wheatblond to amber.
Ideal with hors d'euvres, white meat or
precious fish and also with all other dishes
served during a meal.
Best used as a basic ingredient for
cocktails, also as an aperitif.

Bricchi MEJ Loazzolo
|
White wine obtained from Moscato grapes,
coming from the best vintage of a restricted
zone of Loazzolo town.
After the late harvest and several
selections, the grapes are withered on
particular mats in fresh and ventilated
rooms.
The slow fermentation happens in barriques
where the wine ages for several years,
acquiring the typical vanilla and toasted
bouquet.
The Loazzolo Bricchi Mej is refined and
elegant; thanks to its unique taste “sweet
not sweet” it accompanies Fois Gras,
seasoned and strong cheese and fine cakes,
excellent as a meditation wine.
Best served at a temperature of 15°C
uncorking the bottle an hour before tasting.

Sensazioni Rosa - Brachetto

Classical red sweet wine of Piedmont region,
obtained from the best Brachetto grapes,
hand
harvested of vineyards on medium pending
hills.
Its colour is brilliant ruby red tending to
pink, the bouquet is delicate and elegant
with notes of cherry and violet.
The taste is well-balanced, sweet and fresh
with a pleasant after-taste.
Best served at 8°C, ideal with fruit cakes,
fruit salad and every other dessert. |
